1. Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or through third-party booking platforms. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We may pre-authorize your credit card at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within the designated timeframe will be charged one night’s room and tax.
• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged for the first night of their stay.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Identification and Payment: Valid identification and a credit card are required at check-in. Full payment for your stay will be collected at check-in, unless prepayment was made at the time of booking.

3. Rates and Fees

• Room Rates: All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed at the time of booking.
• Incidentals: Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy for each room is listed in the rooms section. Exceeding the limit may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
• Damage or Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of hotel items during their stay. Fees will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking Policy: Wandering Buffalo is a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms or public areas is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if smoking is detected in your room.
• Pet Policy: 2 dogs per room with non-refundable fee of USD $75/stay and $25/night
• Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Stay: $75.00
• Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Night: $25.00
• Maximum Pet Weight: 100.0lbs
• Maximum Number of Pets in Room: 2

5. Service Animals

Service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities are welcome at Wandering Buffalo. Please notify us in advance if special accommodations are needed for your service animal.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Liability

• Wandering Buffalo is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. Wandering Buffalo shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur on the property, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the hotel.

8. Force Majeure

Wandering Buffalo is not liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., the state of Pennsylvania]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
